Creating a Leviathan account or using account-only features requires active acceptance of the current legal documents. Merely viewing public pages does not create an account agreement.
TERMS OF SERVICE
Clear rules for using Leviathan.
These Terms govern Leviathan accounts, the website, launcher, client, community features and connected services.
EFFECTIVE DATE
4 October 2026
You must actively accept these Terms, the EULA, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy before Leviathan submits registration details or starts optional registration processing.
Eligibility
You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If local law requires consent from a parent or guardian, you may use account features only after that requirement is satisfied.
Your account
You are responsible for information you submit, keeping sign-in methods secure, protecting recovery codes and reporting suspected unauthorized access promptly.
Privacy-first registration
Registration details are not intentionally submitted to Leviathan until you select Accept. Optional anti-bot and third-party authentication flows are also deferred until acceptance or until you deliberately choose that provider.
Acceptable use
Do not attack, disrupt, scrape abusively, exploit, bypass access controls, distribute malware, steal credentials, impersonate others, evade moderation or use Leviathan unlawfully.
Public and community content
If you submit profile text, social links, reports, feedback, uploads or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and grant Leviathan the limited rights needed to host, display, moderate and operate that feature.
ACCOUNTS & IDENTITIES
One Leviathan account can use multiple sign-in methods.
Email/password, Google and Microsoft/Minecraft may be connected to the same Leviathan account. Leviathan may require re-verification, prevent unsafe linking, or refuse a transfer where ownership cannot be verified.

Availability, moderation and changes.
Leviathan is under active development. Features can change, be suspended or be removed, but changes do not override rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Moderation and safety
Leviathan may limit features, remove content, suspend accounts or investigate abuse when reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure, legal compliance or platform integrity.
Third-party services
Some features rely on Cloudflare, Google, Microsoft, Minecraft, email providers and other services. Leviathan does not control their availability, policies or independent processing.
Changes to terms
Material changes will receive a new version and effective date. Where renewed acceptance is required, account features may be paused until the updated terms are accepted.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Leviathan remains independent.
Leviathan software, branding, original artwork, documentation and original platform materials remain owned by their respective rights holders. Minecraft, Mojang, Microsoft, Xbox, Google and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Leviathan is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang Studios, Microsoft or Google unless explicitly stated.
WARRANTY & LIABILITY
Reasonable limits, subject to mandatory law.
Leviathan is provided on an evolving basis and may contain errors or experience outages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Leviathan does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
