License grant
Subject to this EULA, Leviathan grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to install and use official Leviathan builds for lawful purposes.

This EULA applies to official Leviathan launcher, client and other distributed software builds.

Leviathan software is licensed, not sold. Accepting this EULA grants only the rights stated below.
Ownership
No ownership in proprietary Leviathan source code, branding, artwork, infrastructure or other original materials is transferred to you.
Restrictions
Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not copy, republish, sell, sublicense, repackage, impersonate, remove ownership notices from, or create unauthorized derivative distributions of proprietary Leviathan software or assets.
Security restrictions
You may not use Leviathan to distribute malware, steal credentials, bypass authentication or entitlements, defeat licensing, access infrastructure without authorization or interfere with security controls.
Third-party components
Open-source libraries, APIs, game assets and other third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses and terms. Those licenses continue to apply and are not replaced by this EULA.
Minecraft rights
This EULA grants no rights to Minecraft, Mojang, Microsoft, Xbox or their intellectual property and does not replace any valid game license or entitlement required by those services.
PRIVACY BY DESIGN
No optional software data collection before acceptance.
Leviathan software should not intentionally enable optional analytics, telemetry, advertising identifiers or account-data submission before the user has accepted the applicable policies. Essential network communication requested by the user, platform-level delivery data and security functions are described in the Privacy and Cookie Policies.
UPDATES & TERMINATION
Official updates remain part of the licensed software.
Leviathan may provide updates, compatibility fixes and security changes. This license may be terminated for a material breach, subject to applicable law. On termination, you must stop using proprietary Leviathan software where legally required, while third-party open-source rights remain governed by their own licenses.
DISCLAIMER
Software is provided subject to mandatory rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leviathan software is provided without a guarantee that every configuration, mod, loader, game version, operating system or third-party service will work continuously. Nothing in this EULA limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
